Rental Information

Deaf West Theatre, located in the art of the North Hollywood Arts District, is available for theatre rentals. Join dozens of other theatre productions in this thriving arts community. Perfect for a theatre company looking for a new home for a long-term rental or season of productions.

Theatre Specifications:

65 Seats – expandable to 80
Stage dimensions - 24.5' (wide) by 28' (deep) with 7" raised stage
15' (to the grid)
Large Backstage with 2 dressing rooms and bathrooms
Separate lobby with concession area
Two public bathrooms (handicap accessible)
Separate rehearsal room available for rental
Use of marquee and front window showcase
48-channel programmable board
Fully equipped sound system

Prices:

Available for productions
- $500 per performance or $1700 per week if book for 4 weeks or more (includes 2 tech days)

Available for classes, auditions, rehearsals
- $100 per night - Monday thru Friday
- $20 per hour daytime - Monday thru Friday
- $25 per hour daytime - Weekends
